Tracy Chevalier, internationally bestselling author of Girl with a Pearl Earring, reads from The Last Runaway on May 21. Rich in detail and drama, Chevalier’s latest novel tells the story of a young Quaker girl in Ohio who finds herself drawn to helping runaway slaves escape to freedom. The event begins at 7:30 p.m. at the Columbus Museum of Art. Tickets are $20 for adults and $18 for students and seniors in advance.
