It's our honor to have our first leader in the New Year s ALC speaking series - Danise DiStasi! She'll be speaking to us about Transformational Leadership.
She's created a unique… Show more talk for leaders which balances relational issues and business strategies, and provides a platform that encourages open and honest sharing.
Everyone can benefit from honing their leadership skills. We can add a competitive edge by sharpening our natural ability to build relationships, which is truly transforming. As much of a benefit as this can be, it can also be our greatest snare. Join us to break through the barriers that keep us from being the leaders we were meant to be, with small group activities, ideas on self assessment, what holds us back and moving forward to find our strengths, voice and focus.

Danise started working for Best Upon Request in 2012, and is the Executive Vice President of Sales there. She graduated from Xavier University and spent 27 years in the medical industry as a nuclear product specialist, corporate account manager and vice president of sales and marketing.
In 2000, she joined The Ken Blanchard Companies, working in business development and leadership training. Danise founded 4Life, a consulting firm offering strategic business and sales strategy consulting for small to mid-sized companies.
