Victim Assistance will hold the Angel Tree Ceremony & Homicide Memorial Service in the Atrium of the Oliver Ocasek Building at 161 S. High St.
The Ceremony is an opportunity for family and friends of homicide victims to remember their loved ones by displaying photographs & memorial angels on a tree. The event is free and open to the public. Survivors may donate a 5x7 picture for permanent placement on the display throughout the holiday season by calling Victim Assistance at 330-376-0040.
